I was given 6 days to live so I waited patiently to die! This was one of the worst days of my life. I fell in and out of conciousness.
I was fed by TPN through my jugular vein. They had to reinsert it twice due to infections as I was dying slowly.
Nasal gastric feeding at Good Hope hospital. I was told that it took about 6 nursing staff to hold me still to insert the tube. However this tube saved my life!
